Diabetes Diet
There is no such thing as a "diabetic diet".
A balanced diet is recommended. All foods cause a difference in insulin response in our body. Eat foods like green vegetables, legumes, whole grains and fiber, that influence the release of blood sugar. Foods that should be avoided are refined sugar, processed foods, junk food, sweets and biscuits.
